We want you running your gear with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Email apex.industries914@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different color or generation? Start a return for the original and place a new order, or email us and we'll help coordinate.
